Registration
Registration is OPEN!
There is no on-site registration at PVRW 2027. Registration closes on Friday, February 19, 2027. Attendees who have not registered by that date will not be able to attend.
Who Can Register
PVRW is a participatory workshop. To attend, you must present a poster, give an invited oral presentation, or serve as an invited panelist. Each presenter may also host one non-presenting attendee.
All Presenters
Registration is a two-step process for all presenters (both oral and poster).
Step 1: Submit your presentation. Choose oral or poster from the drop-down menu, and enter your title and 200-word abstract.
Submit a Poster or Oral Presentation
Step 2: Register and pay. After you submit, you will receive an email with a link to your Presenter Portal, where you'll complete registration and payment. Your registration is not complete until you pay through your Presenter Portal.
- Poster presenters typically receive the email with their Presenter Portal within one business day. We will contact you if your abstract needs modification to be accepted into the workshop.
- Oral presenters receive the email by December 1, 2026, after the program committee makes final selections. Note, there are limited slots for oral presenters. If your abstract isn't selected, you will have the option to present it as a poster instead.
Non-Presenting Attendees
Each registered poster or oral presenter may host one non-presenting attendee. After registering, presenters will find two things in their Presenter Portal to share with the person they are hosting:
- A unique, single-use access code
- The non-presenting attendee registration link
The non-presenting attendee registers through the link sent by their host, and enters the single-use access code. The submission link above is for presenters only. Non-presenting attendees must register and pay the full registration fee. The code does not discount registration.
NLR Staff
NLR is using a new billing method, and NLR staff will pay the registration fee using an internal NLR task number. All types of NLR attendees (poster, oral, and non-presenting) must use an NLR task number. If you are NLR staff, do not pay by credit card.
During abstract submission, choose “NLR Staff” on the submission form. Doing so will populate the correct registration link in your Presenter Portal. The registration link in your Presenter Portal should ask you for your task number. If you have questions please contact PVRW admins.

Registration may close early if the event is full.
What Registration Includes
- Access to all oral sessions, panel discussions, and poster sessions
- Light breakfast, lunch, and snacks on each day of the workshop
- Welcome reception on Tuesday
- Group photo in historic downtown Golden, CO
After You Submit
- The Presenter Portal: After submitting your abstract, you will receive an email with a link to your Presenter Portal on the timeline outlined in Step 2 above. In the portal, you can manage your presentation details and submit your poster or slides if you'd like it included in the proceedings. The portal will also contain all event details, locations, poster number assignment, access to the mobile app, and more. The link to your Presenter Portal is unique to you, so bookmark it and please keep it to yourself.
- The Attendee Portal: Non-presenting attendees get a link to their Attendee Portal after registration. The Attendee Portal will have registration details and instructions for accessing the mobile app. Similar to the Presenter Portal, the Attendee Portal is unique to you. Please bookmark it and keep it to yourself.
- Hosting a Non-Presenting Attendee: Presenters will find a single-use access code and the non-presenting attendee registration link in their Presenter Portal. See “Non-Presenting Attendees” above for details on how it works.
